You may contact APT Leadership and make enquiries regarding potential services offered by APT Leadership through online portals provided. Through using a portal, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself (such as identification or contact details), including:

  4. Phone number; and

  5. Any other information requested in an online portal.

1. You warrant that any information you give to APT Leadership in the course of completing an enquiry will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

2. All information provided to APT Leadership through an online enquiry will be governed by APT Leadership's Privacy Policy (below).

3. For the avoidance of doubt, by completing the enquiry process, you will agree to be bound by the Terms and APT Leadership’s Privacy Policy [link].

Following an online enquiry, APT Leadership may contact you to discuss the potential provision of professional services to you, your employer, your business or nominated third party (Professional Services Offer). APT Leadership is under no obligation to respond to any enquiry or provide particular information, unless required by law.

5. All Professional Services Offers will be governed by written proposal, client brief and separate legal agreement to be agreed with APT Leadership.

6. The provision of this Website by APT Leadership, including any online enquiry via this Website, does not of itself constitute a Professional Services Offer or other agreement to provide services. The Website are provided by APT Leadership for informational purposes only.

In this Policy, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ and ‘APT’ means APT Leadership (ABN 71 067 439 151) of 50 Leinster Grove, Thornbury, Victoria, 3071, and ‘you’ and ‘your’ refers to anyone who interacts with our business, including prospective, clients, new clients and visitors to our website.

APT is committed to providing quality services to you and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how and why we collect, use, hold and disclose your personal information, how we use the data and with whom we share it. You consent to us collecting, holding, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this policy.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Personal information we collect may include your name, address, email address, phone numbers, social media names or handles, work details, work history, personal history, personal associations, individual assessment reports and other identifying information you disclose when receiving services from us (Personal Information).

We collect this Personal Information in many ways, including, for example, completing and signing Briefs and Client Services Agreements, telephone and email inquiries, visiting or leaving queries through our website, delivering our services to you (including, without limitation, individual coaching sessions, proprietary assessments completed via third party providers, exchanging emails, receiving work product form you and collaborating on work product together), from viewing websites or social media profiles you provide to us and from third parties.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, improving the delivery of our services to you and our other clients. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure.

We will also use your personal information to inform you about discounts, sales and other products and services we believe may be of interest to you, but we will not do so if you tell us not to or unsubscribe from our mailing list by contacting us.

When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Third Parties

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties. In such a case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.

  3. Where there is a risk of immediate harm to you or someone close to you;

  4. Where we need to disclose your Personal information to service providers that assist us with our business to provide services to you or do anything that APT may do under this Policy on behalf of APT (see Service Providers and Overseas Disclosures below for further information).

Service Providers and Overseas Disclosures

To help us better provide services to you and to run our business, APT engages a number of third parties to provide services to us, including, for example, online communication, research, data management and storage, customer experience services, and professional services such accounting, tax, legal and finance services.

When receiving services from these service providers, APT may disclose your Personal Information to these providers in the ordinary course of receiving those services. While APT cannot be responsible for the conduct of these third parties, APT only engages reputable providers where APT is confident that any Personal Information disclosed will be accessed and stored in line with relevant law and industry standard data protection practices.

Many of APT’s service providers are online software businesses based overseas, for example:

  1. Microsoft (through MS Office, OneDrive and Windows/Outlook mail products);

  2. Google (through Chrome and its related apps); and

  3. Online video conferencing providers, such as Zoom, WebEx and Microsoft Teams;

It is reasonably likely that your Personal Information, if disclosed to these above providers, may be accessed or stored overseas, including in countries such as the USA or Singapore. If you have any concerns about these providers, APT encourages you to review their publicly available privacy and data management policies.

Security of Personal Information

Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

When collecting, using and storing Personal Information using online and web-based tools, APT takes reasonably steps to secure your Personal Information in line with standard industry practice, including password protection, hard drive encryption and, where available, multi-factor authentication.

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

Access to your Personal Information

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.

APT will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
