How to work with someone you really don’t like

Great article by Lisa Stephenson on the complexity of human relationships and how we can create agency in the way that we manage challenging relationships at work. As humans, our unconscious bias means we can dislike someone for reasons we don’t even know! So, while we don’t have to like everyone we work with, being deliberate and considered in how we engage with others, can create opportunity for less tension and more open communication.

Which got me thinking, how have your strained office relationships fared in the new hybrid environment? Has space helped, or do they seem even more distant?
